X-Factor’s Mass Notifications system now includes Mobile Alert Agent Native Applications allowing for instant alert messaging with response features to a range of mobile and fixed receivers.

Lyndhurst, NJ, June 10, 2014 Emergencies of all types can happen anywhere and at any time. Every second counts when it comes to notifying students, staff and patrons on school campuses, malls or a wide range of public venues with accurate and trustworthy information regarding immediate safety instructions.

X-Factor’s system is also equipped with a hierarchical control feature that provides targeted content distribution and allows the customer’s technology team to set strict permission guidelines using pre-set and/or customizable user rights for notifications and other types of communications content.

X-Factor has recently expanded its Mass Notifications system to include Mobile Alert Agent Native Applications, which can be used for both non-carrier or ‘over the top’ (OTT) communications, as well as traditional carrier-based delivery, allowing for instant alert messaging with response features to a diverse range of mobile and fixed receivers.
